開催日時：日本時間12月7日（日）22:00〜22:40（日本時間）
参加者；メンバー5名(SeaNa欠席）
開催有無：当日12:00（日本時間）までに最低5名の参加者がいなかった場合は、ファンミーティングはキャンセルとなります。ご了承ください。
参加方法：zoomのご招待がEPITHYMiA LANDを通して送られてきますので、EPITYMiA LANDへの無料登録、またはクローバー会員へのご入会をご確認ください。

注意事項：中学生以上（15歳以上のお客様は必ず1人1枚チケットをお買い求めください。また、チケットをご購入さえしていれば、２名以上で同じ場所からの参加は可能です。）
クローバー会員様：クローバー会員様には、半額クーポンをお送りしておりますので、そちらを利用して、チケットお買い求めください。
グッズお土産：ZOOMが開催された場合も、お土産が配送されますので、配送料を頂戴しております。
キャンセルの場合：参加者が５名以下だった場合は、開催されず返金されます。また、決算方法が、銀行振込とコンビニ決済の場合、返金ができませんので、代わりに、動画メッセージとグッズをお送りいたします。クレジットカード等でお支払いの場合も、返金ではなく、グッズ対応が良い場合は、その旨必ず備考欄にご記載ご連絡ください。また、グッズはお選びいただけません。

Event Confirmation:
If fewer than 5 participants are confirmed by 12:00 JST on the day of the event, the fan meeting will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
How to Join:
An invitation link for ZOOM will be sent through EPITHYMiA LAND.
Please make sure you are registered for free on EPITHYMiA LAND or enrolled as a Clover Member.
Notes
Middle school students and above (ages 15 and up) must purchase one ticket per person.
However, as long as each person has purchased a ticket, multiple participants may join from the same location.
Clover Members: A 50% off coupon has been sent to you. Please use it to purchase your ticket.
Merchandise Gift: If the ZOOM meeting is held, a commemorative gift will be shipped to you. Please note that shipping fees will apply.
In Case of Cancellation
If there are 5 or fewer participants, the event will not be held and a refund will be issued.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed for payments made via bank transfer or convenience store payment. In such cases, a video message and a gift will be sent instead.
For credit card or other payment methods:
If you prefer to receive a gift instead of a refund, please be sure to specify this in the remarks section.
Gifts cannot be chosen by the customer.
