1. ¥1,000 Discount Coupon
Upon registering for the Diamond Club, you will receive a ¥1,000 coupon that can be used for your next month's Diamond membership fee, sponsored items, and other payments. (Valid for 2 months)
2. Video Chat Session
To access this service, you must have a Bitfan Fan Club account. Therefore, please make sure to become a Clover member before proceeding with the payment for the Diamond Ticket. If you are not a Clover member at the time of purchase, this service will not be available until you register.
3. Brown Logbook
A personalized message from the member of your choice will be written and sent to you.
4. Sponsorship for ¥4,200 & ¥9,900 Plans

5. Personal Birthday Video Message
A custom video message from a member, celebrating your birthday.
6. Priority Treatment at Events
You will receive special benefits during certain events.
7. Priority Email Support via Special Address

Important Notes:
1. Priority email support via the dedicated Diamond Club member contact address will be available for one month from the date of purchase.
Other services, including sponsored items and video sessions, will begin the following month. However, support and event priority benefits are valid from the date of purchase for one month.
The one-month validity period is based on the number of days in the month of purchase (e.g., 30 days in a 30-day month, 31 days in a 31-day month).
2. You may purchase up to 3 tickets at one time (equivalent to 3 months). Purchases exceeding this limit are not permitted.
3. You may use only one ticket per month. Multiple uses of Diamond Ticket services within the same month are not allowed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

* Incorrect items sent
